I am a pretty respected Teacher leader at my school. Many coworkers, as well as admin, reach out to me to help out in various school support roles each week. My secret is, after I read each email or text, I often say to myself, I really don’t give a fuck about none of this anymore. I used to care but after 15 years, I don’t because each school year it’s more and more of the same BS every year and nothing changes.
