At the end of the year that I reported a teacher in my department for sexually harassing me, admin asked me to be on the interview panel for a new English teacher they were hiring. At the end of the interviews, my assistant superintendent told me I’d be moving to the Spanish department. I realized I had just spent the whole day interviewing candidates to take my job.
