Teacher Rant: please feel free to post this:

It’s the last week of testing and Admin has been swamped so they haven’t observed us. My AP comes and observes me THE DAY AFTER MY FSA with this class. I literally cleaned my common core board, and (thank God) had a movie in my lesson plans. She asks “Is this what your doing today?” I say “They just finished their FSA yesterday, they need a mental break and a relaxed day. Plus, we have covered everything.” She looks me dead in the face and says “You can start prepping them for next year.” 😒😒😞
