UnknownI hope your financial situation has resolved; it’s sad knowing that this is the reason why so many educators are leaving their chosen profession.
Things will happen in our world for this part of our career to improve. I’m sure we could make a foundation that’s dedicated to raising our incomes, and somehow make the society around us conform to it. We could do a walk across your (or any state’s) education department. When in doubt, we could probably even send a letter to our current nation’s president.
When I was growing up, I had a teacher (now I am one) who told me that if you are upset or stressed about a circumstance to “take a step back, breathe, and eat cake.”
I may not know you, but I think you’ll still be able to be an educator more than you may recognize.
