At least she hasn't pooped in your classroom. I had a student do that last year. I have a suspicion as to who it was, but no one ever admitted to it. I was in my classroom one morning when this student came in and started complaining about how he felt like throwing up. This was a kid I liked to avoid because he would talk my ear off about the same things every day, so I walked out of the room until class started. I come back for class and my exchange student tells me something smells gross in the classroom. I conveniently had a cold, so I couldn't smell anything. As the class had many immature boys in it, I suggested that maybe one of them had farted. Well, as the principal was doing announcements, I was shoving textbooks over my vent because my thermostat is just a figment of my imagination and it's nearly always cold in my room. I get to the last book on the vent and stick my hand into something gooey. I bring up my hand, and it's human poop. If I could smell that day, I would have thrown up. Instead, I went to the office and bitched to the secretaries that someone pooped in my classroom. They didn't believe me, so they gave me some Lysol wipes and gloves to clean it up. I get back to my classroom and my students are like, "I don't think that's going to help you," as they pointed out that the poop was smeared on the end of the vent. Did I mention that I teach 10th grade English? Needless to say, it was a very shitty Friday.
It would be a cold day in hell before I cleaned up feces in my classroom. AND there should have been 'hazmat' clean up of YOU by the nurse and the room by custodians who are "trained" on removing such things [apparently with the same mop they use for everything in the building]. Make it THEIR problem, and get hysterical about health risks to you and the students. :)
Definitely prom material... 😑
Have you asked her privately to stop? Just curious.
More than once. Talked to another staff member she is close to, also informed her mother AND the discipline team!
That's awful. Sorry you have to listen to that crap.
